A teen dream of mine came true this week. That Dog played the Williamsburg Music Hall. It’s their first New York performance in 15 years! I made both shows. Because this band guided my teenaged heart through its adolescence it only made sense to bring along an ex’s from when I was 19. So I did. Thanks Adam.
…And I bought a band t-shirt.

Today I met two flight attendants. It reminded me of the TWA Flight center at JFK. I fell in love with the structure at first sight and have been meaning to do a little wiki the structure. It was designed by Eero Saarinen a Finnish-American architect whose repertoire also includes designing the “tulip chair” popularized on Star Trek, the Gateway Arch in St. Loius and a collaborative friendship with Charles Eames.
